Chairman
An engineering graduate with a MBA from IIM, Kolkata, Prasad Kondru was also a member of the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) till 1999 after which he has been a senior management member of various IT companies such as Satyam, VisualSoft & Tanning Technologies over a span of 7 years.

Anil Virmani
CEO
A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Anil Virmani is a seasoned veteran in the Finance world with over 28 years of experience working for various MNCs and leading Indian organizations. He was the CFO for Escorts group prior to joining IVY and is credited for successfully overseeing the first financial closure in the Indian Telecom industry.

Vijay Rajan
Director – Operations
Armed with a post graduate degree in computers and over 15 years of experience in various technology departments such as Technology Infrastructure, Technology Development & Operations, Vijay Rajan, was the Director - Technology & Operations, WebHelp prior to joining IVY and is now the man responsible for the Transaction Services and IT infrastructure of the company.
