Sachin Prakash Wagh
Managing Director
Sachin Prakash Wagh brings with him a vast experience of 15 plus years in the IT industry. Prior to joining IVY, he was the Program Director at CNA Insurance, Chicago, Illinois for two years and before then he was Vice President – Information Technology Risk and Security Management at Bank One, Chicago, Illinois. He has done his MBA in Marketing from Loyola University, Chicago.
He is an experienced senior management executive who has specialised in delivering complex information security, Audit, Compliance, e-commerce and ERP (SAP) programs. At IVY he was heading the Internal Audit and Risk Management team prior to assuming the role as Managing Director.
Ananth Krishnan.C.Subramanian
CFO
Ananth is a qualified Chartered Accountant with around 20 years experience in Finance and Global Tax Advisory Services. He was earlier associated with Price Water House Coopers and Ernst & Young.
Ananth Currently heads the Finance, Administration and Commercial functions at IVY Comptech
Sudhakar Prasad
General Manager – Technology
Sudhakar Prasad, M.Tech in computer science from Anna University has over ten years of experience in the IT domain. Prior to joining IVY in the year 2000 he was associated with companies like DE Shaw, ADP Wilco. He was instrumental in launching the Poker product at IVY Comptech. He currently heads the technology division.
Sridhar Chavali
Asst General Manager – Payments and Customer Service
Sridhar Chavali, Joined IVY Comptech in the year 2002 as a Customer Service Associate. He has handled multi faceted responsibilities such as heading the Investigations team and Payments and Resolutions team.
He is currently the Assistant general Manager and heads the Payments and Customer Service unit.
