Referral Bonus:

The organization encourages current employees to recommend personnel who would be well suited to join the IVY team and its work culture. The employees are eligible for a referral bonus if the nominated candidate's resume was not submitted to the company earlier, either directly or through any other agency and if the candidate joins the company.

IVY observes 20 paid holidays for salaried employees apart from their weekly offs and 10 annual leaves
